Noelle Valdivia is a freelance writer based out of New York, though for a moderate amount of money and a dental inclusive health plan could be coaxed into living pretty much anywhere. She is currently working on several projects including combining her two mediocre screenplays into one stellar screenplay, and growing out the bangs that she saw in a magazine earlier this summer and mistakenly thought would look cute on her.
