Loehr, CFA, has over a decade of investment experience with an emphasis on investment policy, asset allocation and investment performance. Currently Vice President of Product Development for mPower, a leading online investment advisory service, Norma has also worked at Wells Fargo Bank as a portfolio manager for the Institutional Trust Group, William M. Mercer Investment Consulting, Inc. and R.V. Kuhns & Associates, Inc. as an investment consultant. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Oregon.
