FAQs
How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?
Shipping times seem to vary a great deal and can take up to three months.  Although there is a chance that a shipment will get stolen or lost, so far everything that has been mailed to Jane over the last six months has, eventually, reached her.

How will I know when my shipment has arrived?
Jane will write you to let you know that your books have arrived. Of course, that can take another three months to reach you! If you have any questions about the arrival of your goods, feel free to follow up at any time.

How many books have we raised?
Check back often! We'll be tracking how many books are donated and we'll list them here. If you order through Amazon, it's simple to keep track. If you're sending books directly to Jane, drop us a line and tell us how many so we can add that to the till.

How do I know what titles have already been sent?
You can sort Jane's wish list by items that have not been purchased. To do so, click on "reveal" and choose "only unpurchased" in the drop down box at the top of her list.

What if the book I want to send has already been donated?
Pick another one! Keep in mind, though, every library needs duplicate books and we'll work hard to keep the wish list fresh.
Is my donation tax deductible?
Because we are not a nonprofit agency, your donations will not be tax deductible. However, a ll donations go directly to the J.R. Camm Senior Primary School in Aranos, Namibia care of Jane Duncan and there are no administrative costs associated with any part of your donation.
