Picture Frame
Fortunes
ModPodge
Foam Brush
A Picture
Coat the frame with a light coat of modpodge.
Place your fortunes randomly. be sure to smooth out any bubbles.
Let it dry, then paint on another layer of modpodge to seal the deal.
