Sharp Attack | Forge Ahead | Handle It | Let's Make a Deal

Here's The Deal
How much do you really need to spend? A really good forged chef's knife will probably run you around $70 - $90. Don't spend less than $40 - $50. It's really worth it, though. Put them on your Christmas list and get someone else to buy them for you or look for bargains at after holiday clearance sales. And don't forget Mother's/ Father's day sales.

You are going to pay through the nose for these knives. The deal is, if you take care of them properly, you'll never have to buy another one again. Thankfully, you don't have to buy the entire set. You probably won't use them all anyway. Just buy one or two, test them out and assess your needs. Buy more when you need more.

I'm Gonna Love You Forever
A good knife is a major investment. Protect it!

  • Sharpen the blade regularly with a steel or electric sharpener. Lots of chefs sharpen their knives every time they use them…even while they're cutting!
  • Wash and dry the knife right away after every use.
  • Keep your knives in a knife block or on a magnetic rack.
  • Never cut on anything except a cutting board.
  • Don't put your knives in the dishwasher! You might chip the blade or damage the handles.
Take care of these babies and you may never have to buy another again.
