Eggs: All They're Cracked Up To Be

No Yolk | Hard | You Little Devil | Omelets

Slice it, dice it, swallow it whole!
Put in it a salad. Make egg salad by adding some mayonnaise to a chopped up egg. For a summertime favorite, devil'em. Just peel your egg, and cut it in half the long way. Gently scoop out the yolk and put it in a bowl, keeping the whites intact. Add a little mayonnaise to the yolk and mash with a fork until creamy. Then scoop the yolk back into the cooked egg white, and sprinkle with paprika for flavor and color.
