The Friendly Egg Sandwich
This one, though messy, is my personal, all-time favorite.

What you need:

    Iron
    Coffeepot
    2 sheets of Wax Paper
    1 egg
    2 pieces of bread
Butter spray (or Pam cooking spray)

    Extras:

1 slice of ham (if you don’t you’ll be sorry)

  1. Pour 3 inches of water into the coffee machine and wait until it spills into the pot.
  2. Carefully drop your egg into the 3 inches of water.
  3. Let it sit for four minutes.

In the mean time:

  1. Fix your sandwich as you would with the iron cheese above. Do not iron yet.
  2. Take the egg from the water and de-shell it over a piece of bread, cheese, and your optional ham.
  3. Place the other piece of bread atop the egg.
  4. Wax paper goes on top of that. Iron till golden brown
  5. Flip, and you’ve got yourself a most delicious sandwich.
