Beer Pancakes
The Breakfast of Champions.
What You'll Need:
1/2 cup beer of your choice
2 cups Bisquick
2 tbls sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
A dash of nutmeg
5 beaten eggs
2 tbls canola oil
Butter
- Mix all the dry ingredients together.
- Add the wet ones.
- Fry 'em up in a pan with a little bit of butter.

Po-Man's Chili
The cure for what ale's you.
What You'll Need:
1 pound ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1 can kidney beans
1 tablespoon of Chili powder
1 12-oz bottle/can of beer
1 tablespoon of cheap hot-sauce
Salt and pepper, as much or as little as you like
1 tbsp of onion powder (optional)
1 tbsp of garlic powder (optional)
1 tbsp of Lawry's Seasoning Salt (optional)
Cheese (optional)
- Brown the beef in a big old pot.
- Throw in the kidney beans, tomato soup, hot sauce and half
the beer.
- Add other spices to taste and simmer. The longer the better.
If your chili gets too thick, add some more beer.
- Serve with cheese. And beer.

I Scream For Ice Cream
Who you callin' Stout?
What You'll Need:
1 cup stout beer
1 cup whole milk
2 cups cream
2 ozs glucose syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup egg yolks
- Bring beer, milk, cream, syrup and sugar to a boil. Drizzle
in the egg yolks.
- While whisking hard. Heat this mixture to 185 degrees F, stirring
constantly.
- Pour mixture into a sieve and chill in an ice bath.
When ice cream base is cold, put in a conventional ice cream machine until
done.
