Intro | Pan de Muerto | Recipe | Glazed Over | Glazed And Confused

Glazed Over
Want to add a mouthwatering, zesty glaze that will tickle your taste buds?

What you’ll need:

¼ cup of sugar
¼ cup of orange juice
1 teaspoon of orange zest
2 tablespoons of white sugar

Bright Idea: Add 2 tablespoons of cinnamon instead of white sugar. Or, combine 2 tablespoons of cinnamon with 2 tablespoons of sugar for a sweet treat.

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan combine the ¼ cup of sugar, orange juice and 1 teaspoon of orange zest. Bring to a boil over medium heat and boil for 2 minutes. Brush over top of bread while still warm. Sprinkle glazed bread with 2 tablespoons of white sugar.
