| Ooh la la! Nothing says romance like the elegant, gourmet French
crepe. And surprisingly enough, they're not hard to make. If you can
conjure up pancakes, you can probably pull off crepes with just a little
practice and the right ingredients.
What you'll need:
A small (8- or 9-inch) skillet, preferably non-stick
A spatula
A 1/3-cup measuring cup
Vegetable oil (for frying)
4 eggs
1/4 teaspoon of salt
2 cups of flour
2 1/4 cups of milk
1/4 cup of butter, melted
