There are two ways you can mix up the batter:
Mixer method:
- Combine the eggs and salt in a large mixing bowl and blend on low
speed.
- Gradually add the flour in small batches, alternating with
the milk. Blend completely after each addition.
- When all the milk
and flour have been incorporated, beat in the melted butter.
- Refrigerate
the batter for at least one hour.
Blender method:
- Combine all ingredients in the blender and blend for one minute.
- Scrape down the sides of the blender.
- Blend for another 15 seconds.
- Refrigerate the batter for at least one hour.
