A Toast to the Holidays

10, 9, 8, 7… so it’s New Year’s Eve. What are you going to serve your guests? Dress up your ordinary champagne with fruits that bring out the flavor of the bubbly. One of my favorite drinks is the Bellini. It adds a bit of texture and sweetness that makes toasting in the New Year absolutely delicious.

What you’ll need:

3/4 cup of chilled champagne
1/4 cup fresh peach puree, nectar, or Peach Schnapps

Directions:

  1. Put Peach Schnapps into a champagne flute.
  2. Fill with chilled Champagne.
