What You’ll Need:

Filling Ingredients:
1/2 pound ground chicken breast
2 ounces medium shrimps, peeled, de-veined, briefly rinsed, and finely chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1/2 medium onion, peeled, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 carrot, finely chopped
1 ounce cellophane noodles, soaked in warm water for 10 minutes, drained and cut into 1-inch lengths (just over 1/2 cup)
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons Thai fish sauce
20 small round spring roll wrappers, about 5 inches across
Dash of peanut oil

Plum Sauce Ingredients:
4 ounces pickle plum with juices
4 ounces plum sugar
2 cups water
