Make the filling

1. Place the chicken in a medium bowl.
2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
3. Spread filling into wrappers and roll.
4. Deep fry in peanut oil until crisp.

Make the plum sauce

1. Place ingredients in small sauce pan.
2. Bring to a boil and reduce until thick.
