How To Ditch a Toxic Friend

It’s a New Year, and along with starting that fitness plan or new routine, you may want to evaluate your social circle. There could be a TF lurking in the perimeters. Or maybe even closer.

A TF (Toxic Friend) is someone who is not good for you emotionally or physically… emotionally in that they are not loyal, talk behind your back, or generally make you upset… or physically in that they have hurt you or put you in dangerous situations.

Friendships, like some relationships, sometimes get stale. Sometimes fights get beyond repair or infidelity can cause one-half of a set to say, “This is not a good idea anymore.” Since you do not want to pursue the friendship, learn how to dump a toxic friend (TF) with grace.
