An' Jeans All Go Into the Laundry, but Art Shouldn't Come Out in the Wash

  • Scoop off any gourmet globs and pre-treat the leftover stain.


  • If you've added fur or feathers to your jeans, better remove it all before you Laundromat 'em. After their bath, sew it all back on.


  • Turn those clothes inside out and toss 'em in the machine on gentle. Tumble dry or hang 'em on the line (you pre-washed your patches, right?).


  • Or, if you just don't want to chance it - dry clean 'em. The cost may be worth it this time.
