In general - men's shoes tend to be more expensive than their feminine counterparts. But - in general - they're also better made and last longer. Whether you choose short boots, tasseled loafers, or a traditional tie-up make sure they fit properly before you take a step. Cutting edge clothiers are pairing sienna colored shoes with gray trousers, but no one will fault you for sticking to the tried and true. Black with black or gray. Brown with brown or blue.
Nothing will extend the life of your good dress shoes like a regular shining. Find a shoe shine station for that old time pampering or keep some Kiwi shoe polish and a soft cloth on hand to keep you entertained during commercial breaks of the big game.

»Richard from Tulsa, OK adds "A good way to really put luster on those shoes is a finish buffing with, panty hose! Stretch the material over a brush, buff, and watch the shine."
