Hats Off To Felted Sweaters

Tassle
- Cut 12 strands of yarn one foot long.
- Tie another string of yarn around the center of
this clump leaving the ends long.
- Fold the clump in half at the center tie.
- Tie a knot around the bottom of the clump leaving
the 2 long strands dangling from the bottom.
- Thread one long strand into an embroidery needle
and poke though tip of hat. Pull through.
- Poke the remaining strand through and tie a knot
underneath to secure tassel.
- Use yarn and embroidery needle to sew a decorative
stitch all the way around the raw edge of the hat. Don't know
any decorative stitches? Try
this!
- Add braided yarn to the earflaps and you're done.
