You're gonna need breasts. That means you will need a bra or a top that has a built-in bra. Creating realistic breasts can be challenge. Stay away from the balloons and other means that can be deflated or punctured. There’s nothing worse than losing your rack before the party is over. Use more permanent stuffing like rolled socks or underwear. If you’re a husky man, you might even have the option of using duck tape to push the loose skin up, creating cleavage.

Men you can usually tell your size in women’s shoes by adding two to yours. For example, men who are an eight will be a 10 in women’s. Remember, depending on the shoe, you may need to add an extra half size. Heels can be hard to fit a man’s wider foot. And walking in women’s heels is much harder than it looks! So unless you’re willing to practice for a few days prior to your Halloween parties, then you will want to stick to a more manageable low heel or flat. I recommend you look for low-heeled mules.
