An Iron a Day Keeps the Dry Cleaner Away
By Byron C. James
Intro | Get Pressing | Half Way Home | Bright Ideas
Bright Ideas:

  • Use extra starch when ironing a linen shirt
  • Spray the entire shirt with starch before ironing, moisture will reduce wrinkles
  • After ironing, hang shirt on a hanger to keep its form and to reduce wrinkling
  • Don’t iron the buttons on the shirt, they may crack or break
  • Don’t use to much starch, white residue will remain after ironing
