Disturbing Encounter
The Friday after last Labor Day weekend, a couple of friends and I decided to go to a neighborhood bar for some drinks. I found myself in a conversation with a very attractive young lady who was also there enjoying a night out with a couple of her friends. During our little talk, I asked her what she had done over the recent long weekend and she replied that she and her friends rented some movies and had watched them together. I asked her which movies she had watched and when she told me the name of one of them, I replied, “Oh yeah, I remember seeing that in the theater when I was a sophomore in college. It was really scary.”

She then said without batting an eye, “Yeah, I first saw it on cable when I was a little girl.”

“When you were a little girl? Ouch!” I thought in my head
