Making Memories for the New Year

Every year I take loads and loads of pictures, both meaningful and, well, meaningless. I have a box filled with pictures of everything you can imagine: landscapes, friends and family, parties; I even had old movie ticket stubs, concert tickets, and programs from my high school musicals and band concerts tucked in with the photos!

Pictures say a thousand words, right? Well, not for me. All of these pictures captured moments, events, thoughts, feelings, and so much more. But when going back through my box of photographs, I couldn’t even remember when a certain party took place or why I took a picture of the clouds or how I felt at each particular moment that made me capture the image into my little camera.

That’s when I got the bright idea: start a scrapbook!
