For me, the single most difficult problem
with staying fit is finding the motivation to get out the door each day.
I have found this is especially true during the holiday season. Great
food, family outings and a busy work schedule really interfere with my
daily workout schedule.
Staying motivated and continuing my workout routine is not easy during
this busy time of the year. In fact, there are days that I can’t
even imagine summoning the energy to drive to the gym. The end result
is often first noticed in my waistline. The toned body that I am accustomed
to is just a memory, and all of the work that I have put in can be lost
in a stretch of weeks.
But with a little planning, I can enjoy the holidays and maintain my
