Though spring is only a month away, the long winter days seem endless… unless, of course, you're lucky enough to live in a warm climate. College students anxiously await Spring Break as they prepare for mid-terms, and for those in the workforce, the holiday lull is over, everyone's moving full speed ahead with projects, and your boss is back to barking orders at you. In short, pretty much everyone is overworked and overtired during this time of year. But working long and hectic hours doesn't mean you can't look your best. With some lifestyle changes and a little help from natural products (and not-so-natural products), you can look, and feel, like a rock star on little sleep.
