Different breeds of breath
There are many different types of yoga. Hatha, the traditional style of Yoga,
originated in India . This style of yoga tends to hold postures longer and
places an emphasis on breath work. Vinyasa Yoga is practiced in a flow-like
style, with participants moving from one pose right into the next in a sequence
of fluid movements, and Power Yoga places an emphasis on strength and stamina. Bikram
Yoga is performed in a heated room to open up the soul.
